Teen Evolution Energy, far from being a conventional cafeteria, is rather a conscious space where young people can enjoy a break, not only in their daily lives, but also from the unconscious consumption of harmful foods full of animal violence. Together we make a “stop” to the food supply in Universities, shopping centers and other environments, while we say “go” to vegan life, in a gender-neutral space, open to racial, ethnic and other human diversities.
